The LEAD Teachers at LANVBy Luke At LANV, each grade level here at LANV has different leadership roles through their LEAD classes. For 6th grade, it is Grit and Determination. 7th grade learns about Courage and Integrity. 8th dive into Creativity and Innovation. 9th grade focuses on Mission and Vision. 10th grade work toward developing Fortitude and Optimism. 11th grade grow their Wisdom and Knowledge. Finally, 12th grade demonstrate Service and Compassion. Getting to know our staff is very important here at LANV because you get to understand and see the background/lives of the team. The people you see everyday or every other day are people who have their own lives, doing their own things that we may have not known they do. Lets meet the LEAD Mentors who are going to tell the students a little about themselves and what they do here at LANV.

Here at LANV, the school's most important goal is to teach students leadership skills. Schools should have LEAD classes because most schools don’t and it’s important to have this class. Teaching students at a young age how to prepare them to be principled leaders will help them in many ways when they get older. Over the years, students learn how to overcome hard times, be responsible, have compassion, vision, knowledge, and optimism. Being a leader may be hard, but it will make things easier for others when you help lead them.
