Some cool tips and tricks to get around the art club! By: Chris Have you ever considered joining the art club? Well, if you have, we have a story for you about all the awesome things that the students and teachers of the art club do and talk about. You could learn about what some people in the art club have learned. And what they do and enjoy about the art club. Maybe afterward you would consider joining, but if you ever need help or have more questions, you can ask Mrs. Wagner the mentor who is running the club. ![]() To start, when talking about the art club, you only think about art. Maybe they may draw a few things. Perhaps they might just look at art. Right? Well, you're wrong. The art club does so much more than you think; they are always on their feet, drawing and making amazing pieces of art and always learning something new in the process. One Art Club member said, "I enjoy art club because it's full of art-related activities." Some other students have also said that they love the art club, and they are so excited about some of the group collaborative pieces and some of the in-person activities. It sounds like the people of the art club are having an amazing time, and they are learning plenty of things about art. They are having some of the utmost fun, and they seem to enjoy it, and I'm so interested in their work and what they have done. One Art Club member sent her digital drawing of a pirate ship, and, amazingly, I'd never seen such a great drawing of a pirate ship digitally. It had some really good colors and it didn't look sloppy. The picture looks like she spent some time working on it. Now, are you hooked on it yet? Do you wanna know more? Well, there is plenty more to learn. First, the students of the art club have in-person activities. I interviewed the students, and the teacher of the art club said that they liked the art club; student Piper said that “Art club is very fun and engaging. It helped me improve my art skills and develop new drawing techniques.” This sounds like they are genuinely learning something from this club. Some of the things they said were they would have “wanted there to be more frequent meetings,” and one student would also like to “draw one thing for a longer period.” Conclusively, I asked the students what something they would like to change about this club, and now to truly end my story, I believe that after reading this article, you should consider joining the club if you are an artist. Do you wish to get better at it or just want to start drawing? I will consider joining or even just going to see how things are in the art club.
